About the Roar Corner

Note that the Roar Space is in the conceptual Design Phase. It will have the functionallity described below when it is fully established.

We often plan actions in the physical and/or virtual world that emphasize aspects of the global emergency and aim to bring these aspects to the attention of a wide range of people. However, we often lack effective means to get the message about the action out and to engage a large participation. The Roar Space on the Place4Us Town Square is the place for the first roar to alert people of the planned actions and then to organize the action into a magnificent and impactful roar heard not only on Place4Us but beyond. And to roar again. And again.

The Roar Space ensures that roars are heard throughout the whole of Place4Us. Groups of VCCs or ad hoc groups of Place4Us participants who want to roar have to submit a proposal to the Roar Committee, which will rapidly evaluate the proposal. Once a proposal has been accepted the authority and responsibility for the roar is with the proposing lead VCC or the proposing lead participant(s).
